In April 2016, the Haining Municipal Airport Authority built the first public institution water resource dynamic balance monitoring system, which was implemented by Hangzhou Jingda Company.
It realized real-time centralized reading, remote summary management, comparative analysis of water use, and real-time monitoring of dynamic water balance and real-time warning of leakage anomalies of primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary water meters. The implementation of this system has reduced the cost of manual meter reading, greatly improved the management level of water resource use, truly realized technical water saving and efficient water control, and opened up a new path for water saving in public institutions of "Five Water Governance".
Haining City has also implemented the transformation of remote large-caliber water meters and small-caliber water meters. Jingda Company's products and services have been recognized by the Haining Municipal Administrative Service Center and related departments!
