July 27, 2019 is a day worth remembering. Because on this day, our colleagues from the Jingda Marketing Center attended the Jingda 2019 mid-year summary meeting. The meeting included two parts: regular discussions and outdoor development.
At the meeting, Chen Ye, director of the Marketing Center, made a summary speech on the company's sales work in the first half of 2019, focusing on analyzing the sales situation in the first half of the year and the marketing work in the second half of the year. At the same time, the company's sales results in the first half of the year were announced, and colleagues with outstanding performance were commended on the spot.

Outward Bound Training officially begins
Although it was only two days, the inspiration and experience given to us by the training is a permanent wealth. No matter what position we are in, as long as we experience it with our heart, we can get very beneficial insights into life.
During the two-day training, we experienced eight sessions: fetching water from a distance, moving grab poles, beating drums and juggling balls, fetching water in groups, crossing power grids, grabbing poles at high altitudes, breaking bridges in the air, and trust backfalls, which made us deeply feel the importance of teamwork and mutual trust.
"Trust backfalls" seem to be a very common sport, but in fact, it verifies the communication and credibility between people. Only by fully believing in yourself and your teammates can you fall without hesitation. At work, we must also believe in ourselves and believe in every member of the team, and the chances of success will be greater.
"Crossing the power grid" is a test of our physical strength, creativity, cohesion, and teamwork ability. It is also a test of whether our team can unite and help each other in difficulties, and work together to finally complete the task.
The two projects, "Broken Bridge in the Sky" and "High-altitude Grab Pole", are individual challenges that require team members to complete related tasks at a height of 15 meters. "Broken Bridge in the Sky" is to jump from one side to the other side on a high-altitude wooden board and then jump back, and "High-altitude Grab Pole" is to complete the grab pole operation at high altitude. Some things seem easy to do but difficult to do, but as long as you take the first step bravely, the difficulty is not difficult.
In actual work, when we encounter difficulties, as long as we have firm confidence, work hard, take action, and bravely take the first step, we can overcome all difficulties.
Several projects such as "getting water from a distance", "moving grab poles", "beating drums and juggling balls", and "getting water by a group of dragons" are tests of our team's ability to make reasonable use of resources, cooperate with each other, and communicate with each other. During the training process, many team members played a role in the team's completion of training subjects, but without unified command, the team will be in chaos and the training subjects will be difficult to complete successfully. This requires our team to have a complete organizational system, strong leadership, clear division of labor, and implementation in place, and to trust, understand and tolerate each other. In this way, our goals and tasks can be completed quickly and well, so as to reach the other side of victory.

The development training is over. The team members have overcome their inner demons, experienced psychological and physiological tests, and truly achieved the goal of knowing themselves, challenging themselves, and surpassing themselves. They have also forged a strong, united and excellent team. I believe that everyone has been inspired more or less, but whether we can truly apply the spirit of development to our work and whether we can apply the inspiration we have gained to our lives requires a longer process of tempering. I believe that as long as we give full play to our intelligence and wisdom, and do everything and every job well, our team will grow stronger day by day.
